Maggie Nieves has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 1999 and is proud to be part of the Armel Real Estate team. She is originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico where she grew up. She moved to Miami in 1992 where she earned her BBA in Marketing from the Florida International University.

Maggie moved to Orlando in 2004 and decided to establish herself in the beautiful sought after area of Lake Nona. The continuous growth of our area and the amazing Real Estate opportunities for residents and investors is what keeps Maggie so excited about living here and servicing the community. The master plan designed for Lake Nona is creating over 60,000 jobs over the next ten years not to mention all of the amenities and new communities. "Where most areas in the state of Florida are stagnant, Lake Nona is just starting to flourish with opportunities and growth for all. Being strategically located near two of the main highways in Orlando and situated between the Orlando International Airport and the new Medical City makes this area the perfect one for families and professionals" Maggie says.

Deanna Armel, Broker & CEO

Deanna Armel, President of Armel Real Estate, is quite unique for many reasons.  Deanna grew up in an entrepreneurial environment with her grandmother and mother creating, owning and operating a self-created luxury line of skin care and cosmetics which is still in operation today www.FCSkinCare.com.  She worked with her family through high school (The Bolles School, Jacksonville, Florida) up to her college days where she attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida as a multi-sport athlete.

Although Deanna graduated with degrees in Sociology and Communications, she was drawn to a ten-year career as a Firefighter Paramedic with the City of Orlando Fire Department.  Upon promotion to the rank of Lieutenant in 2006, Deanna was forced to retire due to an on-the-job injury which propelled her into the business of real estate.

Deanna places her greatest emphasis on the concept of "teamwork" as she believes, by working together, we create bigger and greater results than individuals can accomplish alone. She is actively involved with “Women Playing For T.I.M.E.,” a charity organization that raises money for cancer research as well as the Research Foundation for Macular Degeneration.  She believes in doing right and paying it forward.

Edward Torres, Realtor

Edward Torres “Eddie”, a licensed Florida Realtor, has been an Orlando resident for more than twenty years and has been serving his community ever since.  He is a father to three wonderful boys and a husband to his lovely wife of twenty-one years.

Eddie has served his community as a Firefighter Paramedic with the City of Orlando Fire Department since 1993 and is now a commanding District Chief.

Eddie’s leadership skills, professionalism, and dedication to principals and hard work have brought him to where he is today.  He has been able to expand his service to the community by joining the business of real estate in 2003 and has had tremendous success in the industry.  His motto is “Your friend in real estate” and you will know why the second you meet him.

Eddie has worked for some of the largest real estate franchise companies such as ERA and Keller Williams and has been a multi-million dollar producer, personally and successfully negotiating Short sales, closing on Commercial properties, REO’s, traditional Residential sales and specializing in assisting New Home buyers.

He comes to Armel Real Estate, a family owned and operated company, for the “team approach” and “personalized service” concept, whereby all staff members work together and are always accessible to our clients to answer questions, schedule appointments or meet in person.
